American Potato!
Hello! Do you like potatoes? We do! So in this post, I am going to show you how we usually do them! It's really tasty and delicious, so let's go!
First, you need a packing of potatoes... It's better when the potato is bigger.
Then you need a fryer. This one is quite old, but it still works well. Before I slice the potatoes into wedges, I preheat the oil here...
Then I hang the tray and empty all the potatoes there...
When the potatoes are done (they should be medium golden brown), I prepare some spice. I personally use red pepper, spaghetti spice, american potato spice, a bit of salt, fish spice, or kari. It's only up to you!
I mix the spice into the potatoes and now...
...it's ready to serve!
